Mobile Vest

Mobile Vest supports airway clearance by percussing all lobes without using bulky hoses or generators.

Mobile vest loosen thick, sticky mucus so it can be cleared from your lungs by coughing.  Using eight oscillating motors it simulates CPT and helps decrease lung infections and improve lung function

Postural Drainage

The patient’s body is positioned so that the head is inclined downward and below the affected chest area. Postural drainage is essential in treating bronchiectasis and patients must receive physiotherapy to learn to tip themselves into a position in which the lobe to be drained.  It is done at least two times daily for up to 20 minutes.  It can be done in the night to reduce coughing at Bronchodilators can be used 15 minutes before PD is done to maximize its benefits. The most affected area is drained first to prevent infected secretions spilling into healthy lung. Drainage time varies but each position requires 10 minutes.

Flutter Valves

The flutter valve provides positive expiratory pressure (PEP) therapy for patients with mucus producing respiratory conditions, including: Bronchiectasis, Cystic Fibrosis, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Asthma or other conditions producing retained secretions.
